Dynabrade 49440 3" Angle-Head Rotary Buffer is a powerful and user-friendly tool. This is a more capable detailing tool. It's great for getting rid of deep paint scratches, swirls, and oxidation. The governor-controlled motor keeps the speed constant while under load, and the muffler cap rotates to protect the regulator and lock in the desired speed. Safety-lock throttle and a handle that can be used with either the left or right hand make operation easier while also providing comfort and protection against cold air transfer.
