The Pferd 31031 A4 Vitrified Mounted Point is produced on automated, cutting-edge production lines that adhere to strict tolerances, high requirements of dimensional accuracy and stability, and consistent quality. The STEEL EDGE type is particularly well suited to edge grinding and debarring work on steel and CAST steel components. Its applications also include grinding of champers in preparation for welding, and grinding of contours. Series A mounted points are generally used on larger components. Due to the special shapes of series A mounted points, it is possible to grind in a variety of contours. The applications range from grinding out slits and grooves in hard-to-reach areas to machining bores and small holes as well as smoothing.
