The Rubber flaps match the 45951 POLIFLAP grinding wheel. They lie between the abrasive flaps and support the abrasive effect and the flexibility of the system. This flap is usually attached to a poliflap wheel, allowing them to be used with a rotary tool such as a grinder or a drill. They are designed to be used for a variety of grinding and polishing tasks, such as removing rust, smoothing rough surfaces, and honing metal edges.
