Weighing only 37 lbs, the APT Model 131 Back fill Tamper is used for soil compaction, temporary filling of holes, asphalt packing etc. Applications range from foundation and pavement repair to the installation of power or telephone poles. A 6" butt weighs approximately 7 lbs.
