At International Air Tool Company, we have been shipping pneumatic tools and industrial supplies worldwide since 2011. We use DHL for shipping and have successfully carried out thousands of export transactions. For smaller transactions we use DHL Express and for larger items, we use DHL Air Freight. Each order includes a commercial invoice for customs purposes.
For the fastest service possible, please place your order online and select Paypal at checkout. Our online store will calculate shipping charges to your country. Shipping insurance is included in the shipping rates shown, but duties are not. Any applicable tariffs must be paid directly to DHL when your shipment arrives to your country.

Pricing: The prices on our website are current, competitive and accurate. You may use the pricing shown to place your order with confidence.
Minimum Export Order Sizes: $250 USD for online orders and $1000 USD for email / wire transfer type transactions.
Delivery Times: Estimated lead times are shown on the "Availability" section of the individual product pages. Lead times published are based on the best information currently available. Please note that much of what we sell is sourced from the respective manufacturers. All factory orders are subject to manufacturing and supply chain delays which are beyond our control. Please understand, we are not the manufacturer of the goods, we are only distributors. We do our absolute best to get you the products ordered within the time frame advertised.
Payment Methods Accepted: The easiest way to transact with us is by placing your order online with Paypal. We can also send you an invoice to pay against via wire transfer. If you pay with a regular credit card your transaction may be scrutinized and refunded. If your billing and shipping addresses do not match or we are shipping to a residence, your order will most likely be refunded and we will request payment through Paypal.
Weight: Products weights are shown on the product page. You may also visit the respective manufacturers website for more detailed information.
Package Dimensions: We are unable to provide exact package dimensions until the items arrive to our facility prior to export. More often that not, we do not have the packages present here physically. As stated above, much of what we sell is sourced from the respective manufacturers.
EXW / Carrier Pick-Up: We do not currently accept pick ups from third party carriers due to the drastic increase in the amount of paperwork, emails, and phone calls this arrangement causes. Certificates: We offer two types of certificates - Chamber of Commerce Certified Certificate of Origins and Manufacturer's Certificates of Conformity. Either can be purchased in the links below:

Please note that purchasing certificates may delay your delivery by up to two weeks. We are unable to provide sample certificates,. However you be rest assured that the certificates issued will be official and meet the needs of your country's customs requirements.
Bank Fee: Offline, wire transfer type transactions will incur a $25.00 USD incoming wire transfer fee to cover fees charged to us by our bank.
Catalogs / Data Sheet: We offer an extensive listing of PDF catalogs on our website that contain many of the most commonly requested specifications. If the requested catalog or data sheet is not found, we recommend contacting the manufacturer of the goods to obtain the information requested.
Returns, Exchanges and Warranty Support - Shipping products across borders is expensive. With rare exception most export transactions are final. If a product your purchase us from us requires warranty service or repair we may be able to help you locate an authorized service center in your country.
