Unused Products (Changed Your Mind/Wrong Item)

Eligibility: We accept returns for new, unused, and re-sellable items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items: Some items sourced directly from suppliers are non-returnable. These may include, but are not limited to, personal protection equipment (PPE), spring balancers, bits, steels, and customized merchandise.

Fees: A 20% restocking fee may apply to all non-defective merchandise returns.

Pro-Tip: We may be able to waive the restocking fee if you place a new order of equal or greater value to replace the returned item.

Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs if the return is due to an error in ordering or a change of mind.
Defective Products

Eligibility: Products that are defective upon arrival can be returned for replacement or repair within 30 days of purchase.

Process: The item must be sent to us for evaluation before a replacement is shipped or a repair is initiated. Please request an RMA from Customer Service to initiate the process - info@intlairtool.com

Shipping: If an item is confirmed to be defective, we will cover the return shipping costs by providing you with a shipping account number or a prepaid label.

Warranty Service: If your tool is found to be defective after 30 days, it must be sent directly to the respective manufacturer for warranty service.
