Pferd Flap Discs

This selection of Flap Discs was designed to increase productivity and reduce total grinding and finishing costs by combining grinding, blending, & finishing into one step. Designed by layering coated abrasive flaps to wear away and expose a new, sharp grain, the high density discs have about 40% more material than the regular density flap discs. With up to twenty times longer of a life than a fiber disc and quieter operation than grinding wheels, flap discs are known to be easy to use, offer cooler cutting and reduced loading with a more consistent finish. The Type 27 Flat Shape is great for use on miter joints, corners, and edges. Ideal for smooth finishing on intricate and ornate surfaces, the Type 27 SAIT Flap Disc has a zero to fifteen degree working angle.
