ARO Expert Series Diaphragm Pumps 1" to 3"

ARO Expert Series Diaphragm Pumps are a versatile solution for various applications. The EXP 1" models achieve flow rates of up to 53 GPM (200.6 LPM) and offer a wide array of material and porting configurations. The 1 1/2" models achieve flow rates of up to 123.10 GPM (465.90 LPM) and the 2" models achieve flow rates of up to 184 GPM (696.40 LPM). The 3" non-metallic pumps can transfer up to 285 GPM (1079 LPM) of fluid without causing the type of damage possible from smaller capacity pumps that use higher pressure.Air operated double diaphragm pumps (AODD) often used for transfer, filling, re-circulation and supply in chemical, Industrial, Food Processing and Water/Wastewater treatment markets.

EXP Series diaphragm pumps feature an exclusive to ARO® Quick Dump™ valve that reduces icing by keeping cold exhaust air out of the air motor. Solenoid in the Air Valve

What is the advantage? The solenoid actuation allows for accurate cycle rate control and provides a more consistent volume per stroke than is achieved with standard pumps. Additionally, solenoid control allows for a precise number of cycles to be fully completed for improved batch repeatability.
